1. What This Website Is

This is an independent private reference site. It does not hold official criminal records, retrieve a file, conduct an official check, or submit paperwork for a visitor.

Its function is to identify official Harrison County and Iowa sources, including the sheriff, Iowa District Court, Iowa DCI, and the Iowa Sex Offender Registry, and to provide links to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of this website is conditioned on the following rules:

• Do not use the website in violation of federal, Iowa, or local law

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Iowa Code Chapter 692A governs the Iowa Sex Offender Registry, and the Harrison County sheriff warns that threats, vandalism, assault, or harassment based on registry data may lead to arrest and prosecution.
